We try to ensure that all in-stock garments are shipped as quickly as possible. Please acknowledge that there may be occasional delays to fulfilling your order because of increased ordered quantities.
If an item is not immediately in-stock but is back-ordered, you will be provided with an expected ship date. Please ensure that you complete your order to request the item for future shipment. During this time, we will request credit card pre-authorization and verification. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until the item ships.
Kindly provide your email to us when you place an order. Hence, we will be able to notify you via email when the garment is shipped or if it is back-ordered/ any delays.
For any reason if a single order results in more than one shipment, then the shipping and handling cost will only apply to the first parcel shipped. There will not be any additional charge for following shipments for the same order.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery will apply to the U.S and Canada only. All In-stock garments shipped via standard delivery usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days of when the order is shipped. Please note that business days are from Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm ET, and do not include the weekend or holidays..
To request an accelerated delivery for in-stock garments an order should be completed before 12:00pm ET to request processing the same day. For the protection of our customer, all orders will first be reviewed. We will need to receive credit card authorization and verification prior to shipping. Due to this, there be may be times when there is a mild delay in processing your order. We highly appreciate your patience.
